Out of the Ordinary Christmas
For the past few years, the holiday season hasn’t been as happy for me and my family, but this year the Christmas kick off with my Dad’s side of the family was actually merry and joyful! After going last minute Christmas shopping, my sister and I headed over the my Dad’s house, and I went straight for the food (SUPER hungry). It was fun hanging out with my cousins, who I have not seen and talked to in a really long time. Loved playing DDR (yes, we brought it back!) with the niece, nephew, and my cousin. Priceless watching my drunk Dad and Uncle attempting to do DDR. Distribution of presents took FOREVER because of technical difficulties with the microphone and background music my Dad was trying to play. I wish I had my camera to record all of this. I honestly did not imagine it to be like this. The feeling of Christmas has come back for me :) I used to not look forward to the holidays, but this year feels different. I am excited for what is it come tomorrow!
